Komikos - Publication ||
'Sans Comic' literally means 'without comic'. The idea was to produce a typeface through destroying the current existing font 'Comic Sans'.
Different methods were applied to the existing font to change it, this included: photocopying and moving as it scanned, photographing, painting over, and creating a template that could be used repeatedly.
Through using these techniques, a full set of numbers, letters, and symbols could be made and then transfered to computer to make a working typeface.
The name Komikos was chosen at random and literally means 'comic' in Greek.
It was shown as a 3D box as well as a slip pouch that contains different print surfaces, colours, and point sizes.
